לפני שבוע ביקשתי מאחד העובדים שלי לטפל במטלה מסוימת והוא לא ביצע.
ולמחרת שאלתי מה קורה? והוא לא ביצע. ולמחרת ביקשתי והוא לא ביצע.
קראתי לו לחדרי ואמרתי לו תגיד מה קורה עם זה?
אין לי זמן, אני מאוד עמוס, אני לא מגיע לזה.
אמרתי לו, תשמע, אני לא קונה את זה.
יש לך עניין של תיעדוף. לא יתכן ששלושה ימים אתה פשוט לא מגיע לזה.
זה בטוח לא הנקודה.
עכשיו בוא תגיד לי, האם אתה יודע בכלל איך לגשת לטפל בזה?

אני לא כועס עליו אלא אני בא ואני עוזר לו, מושיט לו יד, עם מה שנקרא כלי, שהולך לפתור לו את הבעיה.
אנחנו לא פה בשביל להיות פרעה ולא פה בשביל להיות שוטרים.
אנחנו פה בשביל לעזור ולהחזיר את העובדים שלנו כשמגיעים למטרה טובה יותר
החוכמה היא לדעת לא לרדות בהם, אלה לזהות את הבעיה האמיתית שבגינה הם לא מצליחים לספק את התוצאה.
יש כאלה שממש רוצים שתהיה תוצאה אבל לכן תדעו, אולי מגיעים עם איזה פוביות פוחדים מהעבר? כישלונות או חסכים. מה לעשות לא כל אחד טוב במתמטיקה כמו שאני, כמו שלא כל אחד טוב במחשבים כמו השני.
כל אחד היתרונות והחסרונות שלו. תפקידנו להראות להם מה הפתרון ולעזור להם לעבור דרך.
אם אתם תהיו אלה שעזרו להם לעבור דרך, לעד הם יזקפו את זה לזכותכם אבל אם תמשיכו לרדות בהם ולהפחיד אותם, אתם תהיו מי שפוחדים לגשת אליו ולהגיד לו, אני לא יודע.
