למעשה, אם אתה והשותף שלך כל הזמן מסכימים. כלומר, אתם מסכימים על אותם דברים ועל אותה דרך פעולה אז אין צורך בשותפות כי אתם תמיד חושבים אותו דבר. שותפות אמורה להיות דבר מפרה. אחד הפרמטרים החשובים בשותפות היא לא להסכים, היא להתווכח לריב ובסוף שהרעיון הטוב ביותר ינצח ושותף אחד יוכל לשכנע את השותף השני, כך שאם שני שותפים תמיד חושבים אותו דבר באמת שאין צורך בשותפות. האמת שהייתה לי פעם בת זוג שנפרדתי ממנה רק כי פשוט היא הייתה מסכימה איתי על כל דבר, רוצה ללכת לסרט? כן? רוצה ללכת לים? כן שום דבר היא לא הייתה חולקת עלי ולא הייתה מכניסה עניין לזוגיות רק בגלל הדבר הזה. פשוט שעמם לי, ובסוף נפרדתי ממנה. גם בזוגיות אנחנו צריכים מישהו שייתן לנו מה שנקרא, את הקונטרה. שיהיה איזשהו חיכוך שיהיה פלוס ומינוס, כי כשיש פלוס. ומינוס נוצר חשמל אז בפעם הבאה שאתם מחפשים זוגיות או שותפות תחפשו מישהו שמסוגל להפרות אתכם לחלוק עליכם לא לריב אתכם בקטע רע אלא לריב אתכם, בקטע כזה שיש לו דעה שונה ולפעמים הוא מצליח אפילו לשכנע אתכם וגם הפוך כמובן צריך בן אדם שלא רק מתבצר בעמדתו ולו כדי להיות צודק למישהו שמוכן לבחון ולשנות את דעתו.
בצד השני יש אנשים שרואים שהם טעו. אתם מכירים את אלה שהם מתווכחים אתכם, וגם אחרי שהם רואים שהם טעו, הם עדיין לא משנים את דעתם, ולו כדי להיות צודקים? ובסוף אומרים כן צדקת , אותם אתם יכולים לקחת כשותפים. אז אני אומר בפעם הבאה לפני שאתם מחליטים לקחת שותף טוב לזוגיות או לעסק, תתווכחו איתו קצת ותראו איך זה להתווכח איתו, כי רק ככה מודדים. זוגיות או שותפות? יאללה, לכו לעשות שותפויות או זוגיות.
